Dr. Klein, a partner at Hartzband Center for Hip & Knee Replacement is an Attending Physician at Hackensack University Medical Center and Holy Name Medical Center. Before joining Hartzband Center for Hip & Knee Replacement in November 2005, Dr. Klein had a successful practice as an attending physician at New York University Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City.
Dr. Klein graduated from Cornell University. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Klein completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, at which point he was awarded the prestigious Chilton Award which selects a chief resident for outstanding clinical achievement. He then continued his professional training as a Fellow in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at The Rothman Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Klein is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He received his board certification from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2006.
In addition to being an accomplished surgeon and clinician, Dr. Klein has written numerous book chapters and articles published in peer-reviewed journals. He has lectured at local and national orthopaedic and joint replacement conferences.
